	Embroidery Embroidered designs are created using high speed, computerised multi-head embroidery machines that result in a design that is very accurate and durable. Up to 15 colours can be included in a design. All designs must first be "digitised". This digitisation process turns an image (such as a logo) into a computer file that the embroidery machine can read. Special software and technical ability are required for this process, but digitisation is only required once for each design. 	Transfer Printing Transfer printing is the transfer of a design onto fabric using a specially coated paper printed by an inkjet printer. The design is applied to the fabric using a heat press to generate both heat and consistent pressure. 	Cut Image Printing Cut Image Printing is ideal for large (A4) single colour images. Designs are created using special software which is read by a cutting machine whch cuts the design out of a sheet of special single colour vinyl. This is the heat pressed onto the item. 	Screen Printing Screen Printing is an additional printing method where each design colour (up to 6) is printed onto the garment with a different screen of ink. This is a very cost effective method for large orders. i.e 100 + items. Tell a friend Quick quote / Ask a question
